Joe Wickert has published a review of the new Borders concept store in Indiana. What sounds interesting about the model is their use of technology kiosks for to sell music and other products.

our local DickSmith has one of those
I don’t think it works cuz the young just use download, and the older can’t figure out how to use it
Anyway every time I go there it’s empty and never seen anyone use it.
But as long as margins are good & doesn’t take too much space its ok for a long shot
