age_jul05.JPGThe marketing department at The Age newspaper decided that promoting 65% off cover price home delivery offer is more important than a headline about Glenn McGrath and his biography about life with Jane. What other newspaper publisher trashes their masthead and editorial content in this way?

    Does anyone know if we’re allowed to take them off before selling them?

    They’re advertising in our stores without paying us aren’t they?

    And of course newsagents don’t get a cut.

    These things fall off all the time, just like the advertising inserts falling out everytime someone picks up the paper
