Intralot ticket selfcheck

ilot_selfcheck.JPGThe device on the right side of the photo is a self check reader for Intralot tickets. This is provided as part of the Intralot solution. Customers can easily check if their instant scratch or other ticket is a winner. Our experience is that while some customers prefer you to check their ticket, others are happy with the self service option. It’s a good change.

One of these terminals for lotto would be a god send in NSW. We spent almost 80% of our time today checking dud tickets. This takes time away from staff selling, why can’t NSW lotteries use this technology, therefore we would only have to check and payout winning tickets and spend more time making them and us more money. Great idea by interlot

The photo shows mainly a brochure stand with the self check on the left.

That would be great! I hate wasting the person’s time checking tickets. I usually check online, but I never like to throw away until I have checked properly. So if it is busy I will wait until next time to get them checked. I would use this thing for sure if they brought it in for NSW.
