The Victorian State Government has paid to cover the masthead on The Age newspapoer today with an ad prepaid taxi fares.

Why desecrate the masthead?
If these type of stick-on advertisements are used so regularly, why not allow for a 30mm x 30mm blank space where the sticker containing the advertisement in question could then be placed?
It’s nothing short of greedy!
What’s next?… advertisements stuck over the top of editorial pieces, general content and/or other paid advertisements?
