  I have been trying to call 1300 659 971 but the number is engaged at the time. Our machine produced Ivalid Tickets again. I think they are live tickets. Looks like we are stuck with it.

  This is a good reason why big companies shouldn’t replace people with computers.

  There’s probably one person there on the help desk.

  I feel sorry for you guys, I’m having great sales here in Qld, I believe because of the holiday tomorrow.

  Both Tatts machines are now active, fingers crossed for the weekend.

  Michael,

  If anything, this is a good reason for companies to replace people with machines. A standard recorded message is faster than a person explaining it to every caller.
