Network refreshes returns advice

Network Services has published updated advice on returns processing through XchangeIT.  Click here for a copy.  It’s good advice which all newsagents should follow.

    I think its great that Network are telling us what to do… Why dont they get their barcodes right first…

    Dont know if anyone else is having the same problems as us with the new XchangeIT, but we are always getting rejected returns through network due to incorrect bar codes and we have to waist at least an hour week on the phone with them and provide photocopies of the invoices… It is never their fault always ours… and yet we are always proved right…

    Never had a problem with Gotch, its only Netowrk…
