My gut feeling tells me Hal will be the scape goat for this mess. I hope the truth comes to light though.

Maybe the Liquidator should ask Tanya and Ian how they funded the purchase of their Sorrento beachouse. $500K transferred from TBS account to Sales Manager Enzo Di Donato and then transferred to Tanya days before the collapse. Perhaps the creditors could trace into the house.

The Liquidator is PPB and I can assure you that the most thorough investigations have and would ongoing be conducted.

The public investigation currently underway in the Supreme Court in Victoria is unprecedented. However, the way the company was run I suspect that even the most thorough work will not uncover parts of the story.
