Revenue per employee an important KPI for newsagents

On Saturday I wrote what I think is an important piece about revenue per newsagency employee. It is a metric seldom looked at in our channel yet it is tremendously insightful about business and employee efficiency.

I mention it here today since weekday traffic on the blog is double Saturday traffic and you may have missed it.
