OK! price wrong in XchangeIT file

Newsagents should check the price at which the current issue of OK! is scanning.  I have heard of several cases of it scanning at $4.95 with $4.70 printed on the magazine as the price. We have to honour $4.70. A colleague checked some other retailers and they are selling the title for $4.95.

    Mark,

Yes went through our system at $4.95 as well. Interestingly Network Services placed a credit through XIT for OK BUT no notification of what the credit was for! Nothing in XIT Headlines either.

Easy (I think) for a retailer to fix BUT for large HD business’s where the product may have gone to 40 plus subbies it’s a nightmare.

    In reply to response 1.

Network did let us know of the error in pricing via email the following day.

It was general email to all Newsagents with an apology.

Just pity Coles, Woolworths and all 7 Eleven stores did not see the email.

They are making more tha n 25% return on this title this week.
