ePay outage in WA

   We first experienced e-Pay problems on TUE 1/10/2013 (iiNET is our ISP). Contacted their customer service and tried two different e-Pay HOST but no luck.
   We then restarted our ADSL modem to
   get a new IP and then the problem seemed resolved. Then got the same problem again on 4/10/2013.
