Newsagents appreciate being given an opportunity to set partworks supply

B_YJHlrUgAAQm6jKudos to Network for the opportunity to set supply quantities for a recent partworks. Their early communication of the opportunity helps drive engagement and this drives sales. Maybe I missed it but I  have not seen Gotch provide the opportunity to set supply for the launch of Build The Mallard and today on Twitter they promoted the launch for Monday. With train titles popular in newsagencies it should do well. However, with supply of partworks regularly inconsistent I expect many will groan at a new title.

WHY WHY WHY does GG just stop a supply of a partworks for no reason , 2 different partworks have been stopped on me this month , Knit and Stitch and Baked and delicious and no answer as to why this has happened ,at first they said it happens because of returns until I told them after 90plus issues I have never returned one and no answer, it just happens ……………giving up on them

Sadly, because their supply has been cut.

How can it be cut that far into a series is beyond me ,it makes no sense at all . I have lost yet another customer because of it. If they want us to get the partworks off the ground get them subscriptions because of our good work they could at least guarantee a supply for future sales

best way to grow partwork subscriptions is to cut supply to newsagents.

One of my customers called Bisset and was informed all the isssues of Knit & Stitch she missed out on were available if she signed up. The same titles that’s on backorder with me for months.
