Years ago newsagents would look forward to the budget in the context of additional traffic the budget would deliver on the day after -for newspaper purchases. I suspect tonight is like any other and tomorrow will not deliver a noticeable jump in traffic due to the budget. Comments?
Seems to this curmudgeon that the people have politics weariness – too many lies, too many accusations, too many games and not a lot of actual governing – been this way since about half way through Howard. Verification was a pig and a cigar – on budget night lol
I came to work very early today to cope with the rush after budget night but it seems that I am the only political tragic around here because my extra papers are all sitting here still.
Maybe we were digitized out last night????
