Interesting to see WH Smith have to meet with UK politician to explain why prices are higher in hospital stores than their high street stores. Very poor PR.
WHSmith exploit prices everywhere. That is their “advantage” – captive markets. They have little regard for the customer, especially in Hospital locations.
