A TBI creditor

In my post yesterday I listed Embedded Technologies as a creditor of Technology Business International. Embedded Technologies is another company associated with Sandro DiDonato or was on paper at least. It is now controlled by a Robert and Sharon Gallesio. It operates from the same address as other TBI and Bill Express related businesses.

Embedded Technologies is interesting because it may have played a role in supplying technology to TBI which was then leased to newsagents as part of the Bill Express package.

I recieved a letter today from mobius finacial services claiming equipment rental must be paid until the end of contract. ive had my terminal for 24mnths of the 60 mnth contract at $550 a month this equates to nearly $20k.I have blocked the direct debit from my nominated bank account as i will not pay for a service or equipment useless to me. and im currently seeking assistance from a solicitor. if anyone wants to contact me my email is smitheyes@hotmail.com . as i small business i cant afford this and will not suffer because someone has syphoned of funds to live in the lap of luxury. am currently investigating if a class action suit against bill express is viable.

    Jason:
NANA is already running a Class action against Bill Express. I think we should have received the same letter from Mobius by now and it seems the general consensus is to close all direct debits to this business and see what happens with the class action. I personally won’t be paying a cent to Mobius or anyone else in this matter including fees to ANF. Browse through this blog and you will find plenty of advice you can choose to act on or not.

Thanks for your interest. Yes, I’ve supplied the bill express network with various equipment over the years including the pc that runs the advertising screen.

On top of what I’ve loss as a creditor to the bill express group what your not aware is the considerable stock I’m stuck with since the downfall of Bille xpress.

    On a positive note:

Could possibly re-use your 32″ advertising system ADBOX that Embedded Technologies designed for your own instore adds. If there is interest shown we will investigate developing a solution.

    Thanks,

    Rob.

I was with ONQ & Bill Express for 6 years as an employee & shareholder in both companies-still the later unfortunatly, including time spent setting up the Singapore based business.

If any agents want to consider Robert Galessies’ offer I’d like you to know that Robert is an extremly competent technoligist and very consientious. Robert created many of the technical solutions that OnQ/Bill Express took to market and I always found him prepared to go the extra mile-often to his own detriment.
    Good fortune to you all.

This is a great offer but for the $550 a month for the next 3 years im being charged its a bit expensive for in house advertising in a mum & dad run business in a town with 500 people
