Using the Bill Express lightbox

bxp_light.JPGMore newsagents are replacing the Bill Express ad in their lightbox with a more relevant offer. No point promoting a dead brand.

If you do this, be sure to use a material which is appropriate for the lightbox.  Most printers can help with this.

I visited a freind in a small town last week and there neswagent still has the large screen going with all the ads, I thought why would you waste your money on the power that it used?

We find that the lightbox is great for partworks advertising! I will also pull it down shortly and turn it around so that it is in ‘portrait’ mode so we can use it for posters.

We are preparing templates for eziPass for the light boxes with specifications on the appropriate print materials. Mark Fletcher

We’ve put “Bill Express has gone broke” on ours.

I will be happy to put the Ezipass advertising there instead while it all is in limbo.

Is Ezipass going to make a slide show for the big LCD screen?

I stuck an aerial into the back of my LCD and use it as a TV for the Olympics, the customers love it.

The servers that feed the LCD screens ads have all been switched off. The ads that are currently playing reside on a computer that sits on the back of the screen. You should either switch them off or use the screens to promote your business.

Picked up? Aren’t they still trying to get people to pay for it? I don’t think they will be picking it up while they are trying to get money out of people’s bank accounts?

Chris, I also tried to connect an aerial to the LCD but didn’t get any TV signal with the auto scan. Do you mind to tell how you did it and what kind of aerial you use? thanks.

    Scott,

you need to bypass that box on the back first and unplug it all from the LCD, use the power plug direct to the TV then just plug the aerial in and do the auto scan, it should work.
