A new record has been set with the announcement that first division in OzLotto is worth $90 million next Tuesday. Our newsagency already has syndicates up and selling. Our in-house creative people are developing collateral we can use to promote the unexpected $90 million prize.
Suppliers to newsagents need to understand that this next week will be challenging for everyone. Don’t expect too much time spent on anything else as we all focus our attention on achieving as much as we can from the $90 million opportunity. For other suppliers this is good news because we can leverage lottery traffic into other business.

Dennis, this is a risk for us. These successes and the constant busy work in a newsagency. Newsagents end the day exhausted and this leaves them feeling they are moving forward.
We need to look at the people the $90 million attracts, the faces we do not usually see and try and work out what we need to do to get them back. Not the usual stuff but, as you say, something with which we jump the curve.
this works in just great for us ,last friday we started our Magazine club card so now we are just handing them out to every customer that come in and with all the new traffic that is coming in over the next week for the 90 million we should surely score some new customers
after next week , we all can take holiday:)
