Check out how the folks at Sports Illustrated see their ‘magazine’ looking on the Apple Tablet.

This is an interesting pitch given that the tablet is yet to be released.

    The way it seems to me is that there is convergence of media channels. Eventually there will be no distinction between newspaper, magazine, tv and mobile. (Integrated into various social media platforms.)

    The retail equivalent of this is the blurring of channels and I advise anyone who cares to listen to go mult-channel. Have a website, have a catalogue (DM) have a website, sell wholesale and sell out of pop-up stores – whereever the opportunity is. That is multi-channel retailing. ANd I think it is a big part of our future.
