Barack Obama 2010 calendar not selling

barack_obama_calendar.JPGThe Barack Obama 2010 calendar which we bought for our calendar range is set to be the dud of the season.  We’ve not sold a single copy.  Indeed, calendars of fanous people and celebrities are less popular than calendars of animals and places of interest.  I think more people buy calendars for nostalgia than those who buy for idolisation.  The Michael Jackson calendar is an exception.  Anyone want a Barack Obama calendar?

Why on earth would anyone (including stockists) buy a calendar of a US president?? Any US president?
Being a bit of alright and an historic figure doesn’t mean he’d be on my list of subjects to be on my wall all year!

In NSW, we love yanks. We even have one as our premier. We love all things american, we love stupid pollies, we love pollution and bad roads, so why would we not want a calendar of a president that for all intent is the leader of Australia and uncle Kevin’s puppet master.

the KRudd calendar could feature photo`s of the different countries he has been touring around to and could be massed produced and sent to all us tax payers as a reminder as to how he`s spending our hard earned.

Sorry Allan, that would take about 15 calendars, unless the pictures of each place were very small!!!!
