The 7:30 report on ABC1 tonight has what looks like an interesting report on the iPad, Kindle and other devices. While the promo indicates the report is about books, I’d expect magazines and newspapers to be covered.

There has some been some talk in tech circles lately about how the media need to ‘burn the boats’. Essentially saying that they should face the reality that print is dead or soon to be dead, so shut down all print editions and focus entirely on digital.
