The release date for an iPad app for The Australian has been announced – May 28. It will cost $4.99 monthly. I’ll be signing up as I embrace the iPad as an alternative channel to print. I’m keen to see how this compares other newspaper iPad apps, especially how they handle news as it evolves through the day.
