Why the 100% increase in Puzzler Sudoku One-A-Day stock?

puzzler-sudoku.JPGSomeone (computer or real person) decided we deserved a 100% increase in supply for the latest Puzzler Sudoku One-A-Day title this morning.  Rather than making newsagencies the warehouse and banker for Puzzler, why can’t sales based replenishment be used to transact more fairly with us?  More than half the stock supplied is sitting in a drawer.

publicly calling them out doesn’t work. their skin too thick and thier PR dept are blind and don’t care.

last day of month with no chance to early return. what else can we do?

What about Luxury brides today. Reissue of December copy but dated 5/2/11 so we cannot early return it and MUST keep it at least until the 5/2 even though I still had two copies of the first issue from December. I want to know how we get this stuff when Network gets our daily sales through xchangeit and they do their SBR this way so why can’t they see that I still have two copies and therefore do not NEED any more especially when it didn’t sell out first time round.
Likewise sudoku book today – returned 50% last three months so why don’t they know that? THEY DO OF COURSE.

I am thinking of early returning some of the other Puzzler titles in protest. It might not achieve much but will make be feel better !!

really funny, they use our sales data to send us MORE…but not use it to send less.

i get SBR sent to me…….but how come titles like these are not lessened.

mark, maybe you can somehow find someone from those 2 companies to actually speak here on forums (or wherever they want but just give us some damn answers especially about how they use our data)

Totaly agree about Luxury Brides, June got 2 in, they did not sell so sent them back, December two more 1 early returned, today 1 more on delayed billing (5/02) result todays and one on hand wil both be sent back.

SBR in theory is great. In practice weeklies are sent to late to have a real chance, 3 mag deliveries a week and SBR takes a day or two.

Experience with SBR and Top Gear. I was over supplied with Top Gear so I early returned some. Then found SBR sent me more with stock still on hand so early returned SBR. You guessed I then got SBRed more Top Gear.

greg, the ANF coulnd not help you with this type of thing…. they wouldnt make any money out of it. and/or it doesnt involve anyone bashing NANA in the process.
