More on the Shanghai scratchie promotion

Further to my post earlier this week, here is the display of used scratch-it lottery tickets outside a shop in Shanghai. Maybe someone can see why they were on display. This appeared to be their only marketing. Yep, you can click on the image for a high-res version.

    they all seem to have an amount written on them so one would say they are all winners .

    We usually display our bigger winning tickets and it seems to encourage sales but these are few and far between. We only have one $100,000 winners plaque as our biggest winner in 12 years.
