Whoever is responsible for sending the Psychics Directory out with a white stocker covering a newsagent’s price sticker ought to be ashamed. This magazine should never have been sent out in this condition. It’s unprofessional, unmerchantable. The quality assurance process at Gordon and Gotch ought to have stopped this product getting out.

Ditto Rob. Talking about getting mags we got the Vogue Paris collections mag
today ($44.95) We always sell all the copies (we got 10) but some were in such
dreadful condition that you couldn’t possibly put them on the shelf.
WHY OH WHY don’t the distributors pack these items accordingly?
Surely the cost warrants a certain level of
packaging above the usual?
Very disappointing when I have ensured that I get the amount that I needed for
my shop sales.
The other issue of course is that I will return the damaged ones and then next year will probably get less than I need because there is a returns factor when there shouldn’t have been.
Going by how Gotch normally seems to work June, you early returning some of the supply will result in you getting a double allocation next year !
