At a film festival on the weekend, I saw ads on the screen for The Saturday Paper. The only retail outlet for the newspaper notes was newsagents. This continuing support for our channel as the sole retail channel for The Saturday Paper deserves support from us for the most valuable action a supplier can take in support of us is the promotion of our channel as the destination for purchasing their products. While volume is low compared to cap. city dailies, customers purchasing The Saturday Paper are loyal.
I would love to stock the Saturday Paper but I shut down my IPS account… Not worth the pain for the few titles i wanted!

I currently get it via sub from another agent(along with WP & BB) because I refuse to deal with IPS. If they allowed direct supply I know I could sell more than the 4 or 5 I currently do a week but at the current point it’s not worth me making the effort to do so.
Love the publication, but not the distributor. What can publisher do, for us newsagent to go direct? Shut my IPS account, refused to deal with them.
Andrew Bolt and the Spectator support Newsagents, we should support them. The readership volume of Bolts blog means potentially millions have viewed this promotion.

I’m not supporting the Saturday Paper any more. Their inflexible time frame regarding returns has cost them and IPS my business.
I have cancelled my account on the back of returns that were too late, by days not weeks.
My newsagent did not get his Saturday Papers for Saturday, 15/6/2019 and I was unable to locate a copy anywhere else.
I am still looking for a copy.
Do you know where or how I might obtain one.
My Newsagent is in Crows Nest, Qld.
They don’t support delivery newsagents.
Never have we been credited a delivery fee from IPS/The Saturday Paper home delivered subscriptions to our account.
20 papers a week we should be receiving a fee for!
