Derry City council passed a motion calling on newsagents to stop selling The Sun. As The Guardian reports, the council also voted to support the group Total Eclipse of the S*n, which wants every shop to boycott the newspaper.
This campaign is about the grossly inaccurate reporting by The Sun on the tragedy at Hillsborough.
