Sporran Lean Pty Ltd notified the ASX they have become a substantial shareholder on Ovato, buying 5.7% of the company for just over $430,000.
The registered address is that of Nazaaray Estate, a winery in Flinders, Victoria.
There is no apparent synergy between the winery business and that of Ovato.
