Customers have been reacting well to the refreshed gift / homewares offer on the shop floor at one of my Westfield businesses.

The customer reaction has been terrific.

Great post – the styling and merchandising looks terrific. Do you do that in-house or use a professional? Interesting to hear your thoughts on that…

Ken this is all done in-house using people who work in the shop and one of our product managers within the newsXpress group corporately.

I’d note that the displays in these photos are of a quality you could see in many newsXpress stores, where the displays are 100% done using in-house retail staff.

What I love is that the look and feel is completely not what people expect in a traditional newsagent business.
