    Maybe also is Au post have their own banking licence, one of the biggest costs to newsagents is the eftpos fees we pay. In our shop it is getting close to $1000/month and we are with yeh you guessed it tyro…I just think it’s time something like we have 10000 terminals out there can’t we own our own hub…

    The Tyro percentage has not gone up so the a key reason your EFTPOS are increasing is that you’re selling more being settled through EFTPOS.

    There are many business decisions you can make to mitigate the situation.
