His country town newsagency is a finalist in the Champion of Champions Awards (Specialised Small Business category). I first noticed Bingara Newsagency when they were one of three equal winners of the Tower Systems Fast 3 Awards – awarded to the three fastest growing newsagencies based on year-on-year same store sales comparison. Country newsagencies can be glorious places to visit when travelling. I guess they don’t have the rental issues of the city and who ever knew about all those obscure titles they stock?!
