The rollout of the new XChangeIT Link platform to newsagents has been slowed following a series of issues which were experienced by newsagents and suppliers last week. this is a welcome move as it allows everyone to focus on sorting out platform related issues without needing to help newssagents migrate.
Anyone receive Ndd files with any info on them for wednesdays delivery . i have files with no info called ndd and they are closed called xchangit and it transfers to ndd and they are closed …oh well NDD stock sits out the back again 3 weeks in a row …tottally understand it is a new system and what ever but hey maybe they could at least increase there helpdesk work hours to suit the problems we are all having
no problem here shaun, i did have GG file last week with no info, logged on to the xchangeit website and resent it, problem solved in 30 seconds
Just had xchangit on the phone after reading the blog and now have the files.

I do not have the newer exchangit link but I got 5 lots of each old files for the past week all scattered and all dated today, which was a huge pain in my bum trying to decifer which were new and which were old files that had already been done.
This is the reason I have not upgraded yet, because the first versions of every new system are flawed as they are rushed to market before being fully tested, but now I have been sucked into this sh#tfight and I don’t even have the effected software. What a waste of my day, it was only network so good on gotch for not stuffing this up.
