Weeknight Favourites, the new ACP cookbook (out yesterday) is on display at the front of the newsagency this week. This location is partially out of necessity as we are short of space. The simple display looks good – with the product speaking for itself. While other retailers carry the ACP cookbooks, few will promote it this way so we are taking the opportunity for some early sales. This has worked for us before.
