Is there a problem with NDD refunds?

I have heard from several newsagents in the last week about frustration with getting NDD account credits paid.  If the reports are accurate, it is frustrating for newsagents who are already funding the same titles now coming through Network and Fairfax.  Once again, the weakest in the supply chain are paying a high and unfair price.

UPDATE (12:38PM):  NDD has advised that all credit managers are still with the company.  Their details are on each NDD statement.  They are the best contact point for chasing upn a credit.

We had no issues with getting our refund. 1 email stating that all our returns where done and the amount that they owed us and the cheque was sent shortly after.

Yes, we had no problem either. As a matter of fact I applied for my refund and they sent back saying I had further credits coming. When they were processed I again emailed them and received the cheque about a week later. I can’t complain

No problems here either emailed for a refund and received a cheque about 2 weeks latter. Would have prefered EFT however a cheque was forthcomming.

Got the substantial bulk of my money last month so I could pay Network LOL, NDD couldn’t have been more courteous and timely, I only have a tiny residual owing and I havn’t stressed about that, I’m certain it will come.NDD have been over the years far more easy to deal with then the other two. A Gotch email request last week took one full week for an answer from Customer Service, shocking service to my mind.

Can anyone pass on the email address that is most likely to get a response? I’ve sent off a couple with no reply so maybe the one i sent it to isn’t being used any more.
