Both are priced at a significant premium to retail prices. Both titles are still available in newsagencies. Good luck to the entrepreneurs behind these premium offers.

My only pre-order was from a customer who paid cash for 20 copies early on Wed morning. She said the Diana special was now selling at $75 and she funded this purchase with her profits from that… she is prepared to wait….
