Selling IdN magazine

We’re very happy with the performance of IdN magazine. By giving it better positioning, so the full cover is easily seen, we are achieving better sales and attracting more shoppers interested in design.

This is one of those niches in which newsagents can shine, a niche which is important to medium term magazine sales. You won’t see this title in c-store, supermarkets or other outlets. It’s a perfect newsagency title, an opportunity to show off our magazine specialist credentials.

I only sell one IDN per issue, but I display it alongside DQ Scene ( GG Code 11672 )
Indesign (GG Code 11666) and design Branding Directory (NW Code 26745) and put them with the Architecture magazines
near housing. When I tried them with the computer mags, thinking that people who design using computers would find them there, they rarely sold. If you have the correct demographic then these titles can be well worth stocking.

Cover is great this issue isn’t it ! already had a TAFE design teacher comment on it today ! I’m happy that she noticed because she will tell peeps that we stock these titles, and I want to be a mag specialist store.
