Lotterywest emailed lottery retailers in Western Australia about a trial it is engaged with around the promotion of this week’s big jackpots. I thought retailers outside WA would find it interesting. I like the Lotterywest communication and the opportunities for retailer engagement. Lotterywest sent me a copy of the comms earlier this week.
I agree, the proactive engagement that W.A. Lotteries have with their outlets is commendable.
It’s inclusive, it’s collaborative which suggest team affiliation and purpose of belonging-partnership bonding.
