We received this at the office a couple of days ago. It’s a letter from a customer of newsXpress Southland. I am grateful they sent it and grateful for the team member involved.

Lovely of her to make the effort to express her appreciation and fabulous that a member of staff was kind and helpful.

“Steve” every comment you have made at this place is either negative or derogatory. Maybe spend your time trolling elsewhere.

And Steve you would be a handwriting expert would you? I have some mates in the Force. I’ll give them your name. They may be looking for a new member to assist at Crime Scenes.

    Steve,
Your assumption is quite wrong for it’s not based on fact.
Handwriting is one of my past experiences I spent 4 years examing such.
The handwriting presented here on this blog is pre 1950’s that is curriculum teaching. running writing as they called it then r’s were r’s taught in 1950’s primary NOT the reveted R in this letter.

That is only one of the outstanding definition of the letter. Others do not need clarification as it is obvious that your point is to damage the content of what has been presented which is a Lady has in her latter years appreciated kindness and service which is what small business has over the bigger opposition. Mark has presented this as a matter of respect for her comments and pride in the fact that this particular store earned such acculade.
Great stuff This is what separates us from the also wrans.
Steve you are a mischief maker or DUMB either way you know you post was not intended to be honest.
