Brilliant Washington Post ad

Here is an ad from The Washington Post, which ran during the Super Bowl. It is an excellent pitch for journalism and trusted news outlets. Democracy dies in darkness.

I note the ABC is the most trusted news outlet in Australia. It is unfortunate its budget has been cut so much in recent years. This matters because of the extraordinary concentration of media ownership in Australia.

Mark the ABC’s budget should not have anything to do with attitude.
The public are leaving the ABC Fairfax connection because of attitude, not budget.
The other mention of media ownership is another matter entirely which deserves a seperate comment each have a budget each have an opinion this is called freedom unless of course peolple want only what they want wich is really control or dictatorship. Attitude is what we judge as free individuals. The ABC has an attitude as does the owned media, it is up to the individual to decide. Love the freedom.

Give me the name of just 1 ABC Jurno who is centre or right of centre , there are none , if they could just provide a balanced view.

Considering that it was the Post that had the guts to stand up to the US government and publish the Pentagon Papers, its not surprising they would make an ad like this.
