Unclear Tabcorp communication confuses retailers

Several retailers sent me this comms from Tabcorp’s TheLott, saying that it is unclear and unhelpful.

    It may appear to be a case of illustrating a point in that in Store and Group Sydicates may not be filled because of uncertain continued retail regular r purcahes and that rather than be caught with a loss of fulfilling the Sydicates you can cancel with penalty you can start with smaller shares and limit the advanced draws -in other words you can promote website direct sales for these without penalty Central Syndicate Shares CDS need to be paud for by the customer (even though ii has not been a completed sydicate- unsaid) and if cancelled will remain your liability if cancelled.
    the if cancelled needs to be qualified for you can have a syndicate within your store and have the same result except the Lott would not have access to this transaction.
    I am not sure what other message one can get from such a memo.
    Please comment, for I don’t wish to be paranoid about promise of help when it exposes our cutomer base for no extra compensation.
