Build the Endeavour at newsagents now

build-endeavour.JPGWe are promoting the new Build the Endeavour partwork at the front of my newsagencies.  We want to connect with the TV campaign for this series.    I like that they have supplied the How To DVD separately from part 1 – we don’t mind keeping it behind the counter to give to customers.

2010 has been a rough year for partworks.  Maybe Build the Endeavour will break that.

Anticpated parts are 100 on a weekly basis (nearly 2 years -$1500 approx.) has turned off a couple of our customers so we will have to see if it will be successful here.

Isn’t it a shame that with all the homework that went into this, the wrong Union Jack is in the kit? It need a pre-1805 Jack

Local newsagent wont supply nor stock ‘part works’ Have subscribed through Bissett Magazines as per the ‘Bismarck’ 100 parts, same as per Titanic, same cost also, but this looks better.
Titanic left a lot to be desired with the extensive use of printed card cabin detail. Sort of looking forward to constructing this Australian icon….Dave

Worst thing about part works, ones hardly even finished, or started for that matter, and then another comes out! I’ve still got the Titanic and Bismarck, both unfinished, but working on the Bismarck. The Endeavour was dangled as bate, hook line and sinker for me…Dave

Leonard, partworks are a nightmare. Newsagents are usually under-supplied and any requests for extra stock or backorders can take up to a few months to arrive. Newsagents understand your frustration, we feel it too. We are losing a lot of business because the distribution companies can’t get their act together.

Fed up with the delivery service to my Newsagent. Most times it is delivered on time but other times I have to wait for the issue to be returned from some place miles from where I live. LIFT YOUR GAME!
