There has been a long campaign against The Sun newspaper in the UK. Some newsagents refuse to stock it while some customers buy up all copies…

their entire stock…Must have been a small newsagent..all of 3 copies. Nothing like a meaningful protest!
Doubt if the Murdoch’s care if you buy them and read them or buy them and burn them, as long as you buy them.
If UK allocations work like Australian allocations a constant sellout of all copies will just ramp up supply. In a year or so of doing it you’ll be buying them by the truckload.
I doubt the Sun is affected by the campaign. The tribal nature of EPL fans means Sun will first choice for many other fans, net gain for Murdoch.
