Interest rate news nice for Christmas

The announcement by the RBA of a .25% reduction on the cash rate will boost shopper sentiment. It should help retail sales in the run up to Christmas. Feedback across the counter over the next few days will provide an indicator.

Hi Mark, first of all, I am sorry to put this message under the topic, because I can’t find a right topic.
My newsagent using one of the a newsagency software(I can’t discloser the name at this stage, but not Tower for sure). We had few problems with the software which cost us lost, and the software company didn’t fix up the problems. Recently we received the annually subscription bill from the software company, it went up at least 10%. Also we consider the unacceptable service they provided, there is no point to pay the subscription any more. Since we own the software, we should allow to keep using the software. However today we found out we on longer able to download the EDI file from magazine company to our software through Exchange IT. The software company gave us the answer is since our subscription is expire, they cut off the interface. They wouldn’t even give me one more day to finish the job, if I don’t pay now.Tomorrow is Wed. It’s really disgusting. Mark, I want to know if they really can do it legally? If I want to complain about it where should I go? Is there any chance I can fix the problem?
    Thank you!

James, it disgusts me that any software company would block your access to XchangeIT if you choose to not pay a software support fee. Let’s talk privately on this.

I wrote about a similar situation here:
