We received plenty of stock of the F111 title which went on sale yesterday. Not sure why. It gets two weeks to see if it warrants space and time in my store. While I am all for range as a point of difference, there are some titles we are sent via the push model which I would not take on – having regard to space and other constraints.
The F-111 was decomissioned last year, ours was the last Air Force to fly it. Known as ‘The Pig’ (nicely) it had a long range and could carry lots and lots of bombs. They don’t make anything like this anymore. Should sell to the air buffs as a collector item.
Brett, they are still in service (just).The last 10 or so are due for retirement in about November when there’s a full squadron of Super Hornets in country.An awesome aircraft.
