Is this business Tatts compliant?

I am posting this for a colleague newsagent who says they have been breached for similar placements at or neat their Tatts counter.

We got done for having a stand of cards in the same basic (Different layout) location as the diaries in this photo. The idea of selling a card and a gift pack at the same time fell on deaf ears and the breach stuck…
Tatt’s has taken me from being fully engaged in lotteries and promotions to focusing on all other aspects of my business besides Lotto and it just gets left on autopilot now… Way to go Tatts

It is borderline without seeing the other end. There is supposed to be at least 50 cm clear serving area beside the lotto counter. So the diaries and stuff on the counter could create an audit markdown but nothing that should lead to a breach notice. Are we talking a proper breach notice or just audit failure.

may 3 2018 Tabcorp Holdings limited made the following comment in their submission .
Interesting in that Tabcorp’s interview about the Operation and effectiveness of the Franchise Code of Conduct Submission 30 state in the Executive Summary 3. Tabcorp undertook a comprehensive review of the franchise agreement used in Tabcop’s franchise network following the changes made to comply with the Australian consumer law unfair contract terms provisions. the rights of franchisees under the new form of agreements have been adequately enhanced following this review.

Sorry not actually this topic but the square end of the tatts counter on right hand side is constantly being struck with elbows by my customers ,sometimes with plenty of force Im curious if other retailers that have had this shopfit done have similar experiences and where do we stand if someone does a real job on themselves and decides they want to sue
BTW any blurred lines in regards to compliance are quickly and easily sorted before an audit starts.

I just had a breach notice issued for having foreign items on the serving counter. the right side of the scratch its dispenser where I do not serve from. The foreign objects are two mini christmas trees supplied by them I think they are doing everything to get agent off side with them!
